1. Student’s Personal Documents:

✅ Birth Certificate – Issued by the municipal authority or competent government body.
✅ Aadhaar Card – Photocopy of the student's Aadhaar for identification (if available).
✅ Recent Passport-size Photographs – 4 copies.
✅ Caste Certificate – If applicable (SC/ST/OBC).

2. Academic Records:

✅ Previous School Leaving Certificate – Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended school.
✅ Previous Academic Report Card – Marksheet or progress report of the last class attended.

3. Parent/Guardian Documents:

✅ Aadhaar Card of Parents/Guardian – Photocopy for identity verification.
✅ Income Certificate – If applying for financial aid or scholarships.
✅ Address Proof – Ration Card / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Any official document.

4. Medical & Health Records:

✅ Medical Fitness Certificate – Issued by a registered medical practitioner.
✅ Vaccination Record – If applicable.

5. Additional Documents (If Required):

✅ Affidavit for Name Change – If there is any discrepancy in the name.
✅ Single Parent/Guardian Declaration – In case of a single parent.
